Hey guys, Jordan here back again with another post, I'm going to be talking about a recent topic I only just noticed "Google Copying Apple".I am here to tell you how Google are copying Apple when it comes to Mobile devices, as much as I love my Androids, I love my Apple products also, maybe even more, here's the facts:

• iOS released June 2007 after some time to think about it Android released in September 2008, over a year after the initial release of iOS.
• App Store came in June 2008, after some more time of thinking about it Android released the Android Market with the initial release of Android.
• Now, on with Google Play, When "The iTunes Store" launched in 2003, it came with movies, when Google Play launched just 29 days ago (March 6th 2012) it came with movies, 9 years later, when iBooks launched on April 2 2012 alsmost 2 years later Google play began selling books, I don't know if this is copying, is it? But, if it wasn't for Apple we wouldn't have the products we have today, or would we? Leave your answer in the comments to be featured on next post-Jordan

Hey guys, Jordan here back with another blog post, today I am going to start a new weekly article called "Friday Fact", Well, I know it's not Friday, but it's only like midnight on Saturday so thats okay.So, todays Friday Fact is that "Pinterest" & I know a lot of you are going, "Whats Pinterest?" well, I know barely anything about this social network and apparently thats weird because in actual fact, Pinterest is the third most popular social network at the moment, just behind Facebook & Twitter.You are probably going like OMG, I've never heard of this and it's popular, well at first I thought this too, but if you think more about it, what other big social networks are they other then Facebook & Twitter? I mean most of them are dead, Bebo, Myspace.So, anyway thanks guys-Jordan

Ipad Mini

Have you heard of the Ipad Mini?

Notwithstanding an earlier dismissal of a 7-inch iPad by late Apple CEO Steve Jobs, rumors of an "iPad mini" have been around over the last few years. Adding to the heated rumors mill, a new report has claimed that Apple currently has a 7.85-inch iPad in its labs.


Technology news website TechnoBuffalo cited John Gruber of Daring Fireball, who revealed during a recent 5by5 podcast with Dan Benjamin that Apple is not only mulling over a smaller version of iPad, but also has a 7.85-inch iPad in its labs. Though Gruber was uncertain if the device would ever hit retail stores, yet he said that Apple could possibly announce the new tablet as early as the WWDC in June.

Have you seen Googles new augmented reality glasses?

Hey guys, Jordan here back with some news.Google recently started testing a project, an Augmented Reality glasses project, where you can check the whether, your Google+ updates and send messages, even take photos! This is soo cool & I hope they go on sale soon..They have a Google+ Page here, if you don't get what I'm at, they uploaded a video showing off what these things can do, it would be so cool to have these on sale soon & very helpful, people could make apps for them, like Facebook, Twitter

My Top Apps

Hey guys, Jordan here, this is basically my first post.So, welcome to Tech 4 U, I hope you enjoy it, we will tend to make about 3-6 posts a day.So, what I'm going to talk about is Apps! I am going to take a look at my top apps for my iPod, Android Tab & iMac, so sit back and get ready

iPod: Let's start with my iPod, it's an iPod Touch 4g, black, 8gb.Here are my top apps for my iPod

• iMovie (Before I had my Mac I just to edit with iMovie iOS, for putting together videos I still do then edit in iMovie for Mac they are both a brilliant combination.
• 4OD Catch Up (I love this app, lets me watch Fonejacker, FREE TV wherever you are, what more could you ask for?)
• Twitter (I can't get off the Twitter app, I love the new design & think the interface is great)
• ePig Dash (I'm a massive fan of the ePig series and ePig Dash has to be the best, it's a free never-ending until you die sort of game, best game at the moment)
• YouTube (I'm like everyone else who has an iOS device, I can't get off YouTube, I have the Android and iOS version of YouTube & iOS is by far the best)

Well, those are my top iOS apps, now let's move on the my Mac
iMac:
Let's start with the mac by giving you some specs, 21.5inch, intel i5 processor, 2.5ghz.
So, these are my top apps:

• Touch Fly Free (A really fun game, very, very addicting)
• TextWrangler (My favourite text editor ever & the best part is it's free, really made for coding, I do a lot of that, that's why I got it, but not a lot of features for writing documents, TextEdit does to job for that, but for coding the best app around.)
• Photoshop CS6 (I know this isn't available on the Mac AppStore but it is the greatest image editor so far, blends in brilliantly on the Mac.Beta now available for FREE)
• Screenflow (I've tried many Screen Recording programs, on Mac & Windows, but this is by far the best, despite the price this is possibly the greatest screen capturing ever, with an in-program editor, a lot of great features, HD, Keeps up with the sound this is brilliant)

So, those are my Mac apps, all available on The Mac App Store besides Photoshop CS6, Google that.


Android Tablet: I have an eTouch, Android 2.3 Gingerbread (tablet version)
Ok, so I love my tab, It's not an iPad but it does the job.I mostly use it for gaming.Here are my top apps:

• Angry Birds Space (Love Angry Birds space, my favourite so far, best part is..It's FREE!)
• Temple Run (Can't believe Temple Run is on Android, great on a tablet, graphics stunning, a few bugs but could be faster)
• Note Everything (The Sticky Note app that comes with my Droid just can't do the job, with this app I can take notes, draw, check lists, everything)
• Running Fred (Really good game, better then the iOS version, love it on a big screen, big fan of the FRED series)
